This 3 month workout plan is tailored specifically to YOUR body. I can't emphasize that enough. I am someone who struggles with PCOS. I take my stress levels, my hormones, & my gut into account when I workout. When I finally made that mental switch is when my physique changed SIGNIFICANTLY.
